This pivotal role manages, optimizes, and enhances our Salesforce environment to meet complex business requirements and support multiple program teams. You will drive process improvements, customize Salesforce to enhance functionality, and ensure the platform supports program objectives and organizational policies.
What You'll Do
- Manage, optimize, and enhance the Salesforce environment to meet complex business requirements.
- Support multiple program teams that rely on Salesforce and related technologies.
- Drive process improvements and customize Salesforce to enhance functionality.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform supports program teams’ objectives and adheres to organizational policies.
- Mentor other Salesforce Administrators.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, business analysts, project managers, external developers, and other stakeholders to develop strategic solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce processes and strengthen relationships throughout project planning and execution phases.
- Ensure Salesforce implementation aligns with business strategies, enhances user experience, and maximizes platform value.
