The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing sales of telematics solutions for businesses of all sizes in the Valparaíso Region, Chile. This role is part of Webfleet’s international sales team, focused on driving revenue growth through direct sales and collaboration with channel partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic and high-value customers.
- Identify customer needs and position Webfleet’s fleet management and telematics solutions as business-critical platforms.
- Drive complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with presales, customer success, marketing and channel teams.
- Support channel partners and participate in joint opportunities when required.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline and activity targets.
- Act as a role model and mentor for junior sales and inside sales team members.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Account Executive or similar role in B2B technology sales.
- Strong background in selling complex solutions such as SaaS, telematics, IoT or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
- Strategic, customer-centric mindset with strong execution discipline.
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of fleet management or mobility solutions is a strong advantage.
