smapOne AG is hiring a Senior Sales Consultant (w/m/d) to steer the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing, focusing on medium to large accounts. You will own your funnel, identify new customers, and develop long-term partnerships to build a stable pipeline for 6+ months ahead.
What You'll Do
- Steer the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing, focusing on medium to large accounts in core verticals like Manufacturing, Transport, Energy, and Healthcare.
- Work with inbound leads and proactively identify new customers, qualify needs, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Expand buying centers and identify upsell opportunities with sensitivity and system.
- Argue on equal footing using ROI and business impact instead of feature lists.
- Use modern tools like HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, or Gong to manage pipeline smartly and increase closing rates.
- Actively share experiences within the team, coach SDRs together, and continuously develop sales excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Sales professional with tech affinity: At least 4 years of full-cycle experience in B2B SaaS Sales, ideally in No-/Low-Code or process digitization.
- Hunter mindset & ownership: Entrepreneurial thinking, data-driven pipeline management, and genuine closing strength.
- C-Level communication: Confident presence in conversations with specialist departments and company management.
- CRM & tool discipline: Structured handling of HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar tools.
- Team & culture: Enjoy winning together and actively help shape our sales culture.
- Social selling excellence: Confident use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video outreach, and value content.
- Data-driven selling: Use of data like funnel leakage and win-rate analyses to set priorities.
- Tool stack affinity: Understanding of modern sales stacks with HubSpot automations and AI co-pilots like ChatGPT.
- Language & presence: Clear and convincing communication in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Vertical experience in one or more smapOne verticals like Manufacturing, Energy, Transport, or KKH.
- Track record closing high-value deals with noticeable ARR impact, ideally in enterprise or mid-market environments.
