Labcorp (Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings) is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Remote or Onsite (NC)

Join Labcorp as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to conduct commercial administration and analytics for our Diagnostics sales teams. You'll be part of the National Sales Enablement team, providing insights and tools that optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities, contributing to our mission to accelerate life-changing healthcare breakthroughs.

What You'll Do

• Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, such as pipeline health and opportunity identification
• Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and commissions
• Assist with the administration of sales compensation plans
• Research commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests, resolving them timely and accurately
• Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and contests
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives
• Communicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representatives
• Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports
• Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with the ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively
• Strong business acumen and ability to independently work to explore and understand business context
• Self-starter attitude with problem-solving capabilities and proven ability to achieve results
• Proficiency in Excel and Access
• Working knowledge of performing sales commission calculations and creating sales analytics reports
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with various functional departments and levels of leadership
• Outstanding detail-oriented analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
• Comfort with and confidence in working in a fast-paced sales environment

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, or SQL
• Knowledge of the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals, and managed care
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software such as SAP Success Factors or similar

• Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000
