LeoLabs is hiring a Senior Sales Manager, Radar & Mission Solutions, Northern Europe (UKI, Nordics & Baltics)

About the Role

The Senior Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying and securing contracts for radar and mission solutions in Northern Europe, with a focus on government and defense clients requiring space situational awareness capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts in the UK, Ireland, Nordic, and Baltic regions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in government, defense, and space sectors
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in public and private space organizations
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional market dynamics
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Drive contract negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Monitor regional regulatory environments affecting space operations
  • Provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistent global messaging
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast accuracy
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Support proposal development for government and institutional clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of space situational awareness capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with export controls and international trade regulations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with radar or remote sensing technologies
  • Existing network in defense or space communities
  • Familiarity with dual-use technology export regulations
  • Additional language skills relevant to the region
  • Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
