Progyny Global is hiring a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/x) to lead our growth into new markets. In this strategic role, you will expand our client portfolio by building lasting relationships, articulating our unique value, and delivering personalized strategies to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales Leadership to shape strategy and open new opportunities.
- Drive personal pipeline generation through proactive prospecting, outbound outreach, and targeted research.
- Maintain predictable pipeline development through disciplined profile mapping.
- Develop and execute approaches to identify opportunities with large enterprise clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver strong sales presentations that communicate value and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Client Success, and Care teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts aligned with customer needs and company goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stage progression.
- Provide consistent, disciplined forecasting to support predictable revenue planning.
- Leverage insights and data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in sales within healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated track record selling £100K–£1M+ ARR contracts and managing complex 9+ month sales cycles.
- Skilled across the full sales toolkit: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience navigating multi-phase sales processes, procurement steps, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and present insights clearly.
- Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate them persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving and surpassing targets.

- Competitive salary: Annual gross base salary range of GBP 65,000 – 75,000 (based on experience).
