AECOM is hiring an Associate Director - Highways in Bengaluru to lead technical teams and coordinate design on international projects. You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and ensuring project delivery through robust quality processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead design coordination using ORD and Civil 3D software.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in design principles and software applications.
- Lead BIM levels of design and coordination.
- Coordinate multi-technical teams to ensure project success.
- Implement quality processes and procedures for effective project delivery.
- Train and mentor engineers to develop technical skills and project delivery capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working on projects in regions such as the UK, US, NA-Canada, Middle East, or ANZ.
- Proficiency in ORD and Civil 3D software.
- Ability to learn quickly and challenge design approaches.
- Understanding of technical subjects and the ability to propose alternatives based on site requirements.
- Awareness of BIM and Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with multi-technical teams.
- Strong communication skills for explaining concepts, asking questions, and coordinating teams.
- Experience implementing quality processes for project delivery.
