Doodle Labs LLC is hiring an Associate Director of Sales (U.S.) to join our team. This mid-level sales role focuses on converting inbound demand and growing mid-tier drone OEM accounts. You will be responsible for managing opportunities through the full sales cycle while building toward larger account ownership over time.
What You'll Do
- Own inbound opportunities from drone OEMs and convert them to revenue
- Manage and grow mid-level accounts across their lifecycle
- Qualify opportunities and progress deals from interest to PO
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and demos
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up quoting activity
- Build strong working relationships with engineering and procurement teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B hardware sales experience within the drone/UAS industry
- Experience selling directly to drone OEMs (no channel sales)
- Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously
- Strong organization, follow-up, and customer communication skills
Nice to Have
- RF or wireless experience
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director of Sales or VP, Global Sales.
Work Mode
This is a local-country role based in the United States.
