Porch Group, Inc. is hiring a Senior Sales Manager, India to lead our sales efforts in the region. You will be responsible for building, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales team to deliver strong revenue results and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and hire new sales team members.
- Build and maintain a strong culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
- Monitor and manage QA scores across the team to ensure high service and sales standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget KPI goals for the sales team.
- Develop strategies and action plans to ensure consistent attainment of revenue and productivity targets.
- Enhance team member sales capabilities through training, mentoring, and targeted skill-building initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
- Compile, track, and validate team commission data.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all compensation-related metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of).
- Strong analytical and coaching skills.
- Proven success hitting revenue and performance KPIs.
- Experience managing commissions and sales operations required.
- Full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST).
- A quiet space to work.
- An internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
