The Senior Sales Manager - EMEA will lead Re-Leased's strategic revenue segment in the UK market, managing a multi-segment sales team focused on new business and AI product revenue. Reporting directly to the VP of EMEA, this leader will drive go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and high-impact customer acquisition while ensuring best-in-class customer onboarding experiences.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end management of a high-performing, multi-segment sales team
- Deliver rigorous performance management, coaching, and development — holding the bar on targets without compromise
- Run structured pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, and disciplined 1:1 cadences
- Embed and reinforce best-in-class sales methodologies across the team
- Drive consistent attainment of new business targets and AI product revenue goals
- Identify and activate growth opportunities across the Mid-Market and larger customer segments
- Lead on partnerships — supporting activations, co-sell motions, and strategic alliance events
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and content that supports pipeline and brand
- Liaise with Finance and HR on forecasting accuracy, headcount, and comp planning
- Build a strong, respected relationship with the Customer Management Team to ensure seamless, high-quality handovers post-close
- Represent Re-Leased externally as an industry voice at events, panels, and client engagements
- Travel as required to support your team in on-site meetings, prospect events, and key opportunities
- Act as an engaged and collaborative team member, actively contributing to and invested in Re-Leased’s overall success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record leading mid-market or enterprise-level sales teams to and beyond target
- Deep familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Strong command of Salesforce, Outreach, and the Microsoft product suite
- Comfort leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in day-to-day sales operations and coaching
- High personal standards for performance, process, and professional conduct
Nice to Have
- Experience in PropTech — strongly preferred
- Background in commercial real estate or property management software
- Experience managing commercial or expansion revenue motions alongside new business
- Exposure to partnerships, channel, or alliance motions
- Experience representing a business at industry events or as an external spokesperson
