Lead a strategic sales function across the UK and EMEA region, overseeing a multi-segment team focused on acquiring new clients and expanding revenue through innovative AI-driven solutions. This role is central to shaping and executing the regional go-to-market strategy, ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous development, and high performance
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast with precision, and maintain structured one-on-one meetings to drive execution
- Implement and uphold proven sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, or Challenger to strengthen deal execution
- Drive growth in both mid-market and enterprise segments by identifying untapped opportunities and scaling proven strategies
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including co-selling initiatives and alliance events
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation campaigns, content, and events that build pipeline and brand presence
- Work cross-functionally with Finance and HR on headcount planning, compensation design, and forecasting accuracy
- Ensure smooth transitions between sales and customer management teams for optimal onboarding experiences
- Represent the organization at conferences, panels, and client meetings as a trusted industry voice
- Travel as needed to support field engagements, prospect meetings, and team development
- Contribute actively to company-wide initiatives, demonstrating commitment to shared goals and values
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should bring five or more years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment, with a consistent record of exceeding targets in mid-market or enterprise sales. You must be proficient in structured sales frameworks and fluent in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Microsoft 365. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance coaching and sales operations is essential.
Background in PropTech, commercial real estate software, or property management systems is highly valued. Prior success managing expansion revenue alongside new business, as well as experience in channel or alliance partnerships, will give candidates an advantage. Public speaking or external representation at industry events is also preferred.
