About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes across the Benelux territory
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients
- Develop strategic account plans for key prospects
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
- Forecast revenue and report on sales pipeline metrics
- Work closely with marketing to align regional campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
- Drive adoption of solutions within financial institutions
- Coordinate with regional partners when applicable
- Ensure compliance with sales governance policies
- Manage contract negotiations and procurement processes
- Support customer onboarding and renewal planning
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- Provide input on pricing and packaging strategies
- Contribute insights for product development based on customer feedback
- Promote long-term customer success and expansion
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Execute against annual sales quotas and KPIs
- Align regional sales strategy with global objectives
- Train and mentor junior sales team members when needed
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in identity verification or authentication technologies
- Existing network in Benelux financial institutions
- Sales methodology certification (e.g., SPIN, Challenger)
- Master’s degree in business or related discipline
- Experience working with global sales teams
