Hilton is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to join our in-house Commercial Services team. This role plays a key part in propelling sales, revenue management, and analytics functions, directly contributing to critical initiatives like the renovated resort's relaunch and The Westerly's opening to elevate the property's future group strategy. You will report to the Director of Group Sales.
What You'll Do
- Develop, solicit, and manage new and existing group accounts, targeting segments that drive both short- and long-term revenue.
- Lead the full group sales cycle—from prospecting through contracting—while ensuring booking accuracy, timely follow-up, and consistent revenue delivery.
- Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, and booking trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies in real time.
- Maintain detailed record-keeping in the sales system to support forecasting, operational execution, and financial performance.
- Partner with the Director of Group Sales to implement strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery and uphold brand standards for group clients.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations.
- Support team members through coaching, problem-solving, and the application of modern sales approaches.
- Create strategic account plans that use revenue management insights, market trends, and seasonality to maximize growth.
- Produce accurate forecasts, contracts, and booking documentation that inform operational and financial decision-making.
- Develop tailored proposals and customized solutions that meet client needs while strengthening long-term relationships.
- Conduct performance analysis that inform tactical adjustments and improve group sales outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Five (5) years of work experience in a full-service hotel sales environment.
- At least one (1) year of Resort Sales experience.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 30% and hold a valid passport.
Nice to Have
- BA/BS Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Salesforce FDC and CVENT.
- Luxury hotel experience.
- Incentive Market Account experience.
- Five (5) years of on-site hotel experience in related fields.
- Spanish proficiency.
