What You'll Do
Oversee the administration and ongoing support of enterprise sales applications, ensuring systems like Salesforce and related platforms operate efficiently and align with business needs. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data views tailored to sales and marketing requirements, enabling teams to access timely, accurate insights.
Act as the primary technical contact for system changes, leading evaluations, diagnosing issues, and delivering scalable solutions for medium to high-complexity problems. Facilitate automation of manual workflows and guide users in leveraging tools for data extraction, process implementation, and reporting. Support executive and operational teams with Power BI and in-platform reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
Lead training sessions and product demonstrations, ensuring user adoption and proficiency. Monitor integrations across systems, identify data discrepancies, and recommend process enhancements. Contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives and stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
Requirements
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Power BI, and related enterprise platforms is essential. Experience administering sales and marketing intelligence tools, financial data systems, and project management software such as Smartsheet is required. Strong command of Excel and the MS Office suite is expected.
You must have a process-driven approach, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated skills in system configuration, user support, and cross-functional collaboration are critical. The role demands clear communication, active listening, and the ability to document procedures and access controls effectively.
Experience with CPQ platforms, AI-powered search tools like Glean, and financial systems such as Intacct is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe, or DevOps practices is a plus.
