- Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives with decision-ready prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and value propositions
- Engage technical stakeholders such as engineers and finance leaders
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multi-channel sequences
- Adapt messaging based on customer feedback and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification targets
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques
- Use data to prioritize high-intent accounts
- Stay current on cloud infrastructure and cost management trends
- Contribute to process improvements in the sales development cycle
