PartsBase Inc. is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Understand potential client needs and clearly articulate PartsBase solutions
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer demands, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience required
  • Comfortable making at least 50 cold calls per day
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability
  • Persistent, resilient, and results-driven
  • Genuine passion for helping aviation businesses thrive

Nice to Have

  • SaaS and B2B experience a plus
  • aviation industry experience is a bonus
