About the Role

What You'll Do

As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will lead the strategic development of key accounts across Sweden, focusing on long-term growth in the high-voltage AC/DC electrification space. You’ll build trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers, aligning client goals around electrification and decarbonization with tailored solutions that support business outcomes.

You will map stakeholder landscapes, identify influencers and decision-makers, and shape relationship strategies that strengthen market positioning. By analyzing market trends and customer needs, you’ll uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, lead negotiations, and ensure favorable commercial terms. You’ll also represent the organization at industry events across Northern Europe, enhancing visibility and engagement.

Using Salesforce CRM, you’ll track pipeline performance, report on account health, and provide actionable insights to improve results. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, tendering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional and business line objectives, while adhering to governance, compliance, and risk standards.

Requirements

You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering field, and bring at least 10 years of B2B account management experience—ideally in energy, power systems, cleantech, or industrial sectors. You have a demonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential. You combine strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify technical and commercial challenges into strategic actions. Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are highly developed, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

A postgraduate degree in business, finance, marketing, or strategic sales is advantageous. You approach customers with empathy and insight, translating their challenges into profitable solutions. You’re a self-motivated leader who thrives in collaborative, multicultural environments and can influence outcomes without direct authority.

Experience in matrix or functional leadership roles, along with a proactive mindset across the full business cycle, will set you apart. You think strategically, act decisively, and contribute consistently to long-term growth.
