Responsibilities
- Conduct a set number of annual risk assessments following technical guidelines, delivering reports and recommended improvements within established service timelines.
- Support the leadership and development of the survey team alongside senior managers to uphold strong technical expertise and service delivery.
- Keep current with technical and regulatory developments and share relevant insights with the risk management and underwriting teams.
- Help perform audits of risk survey reports to uphold technical quality and identify opportunities for training and growth.
- Collaborate across departments to lead projects that improve risk management offerings and strengthen market standing.
