Syniti is hiring a Senior RFP Specialist to play a critical role within our Sales Organization. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality, customized proposal responses that clearly communicate Syniti’s unique solutions and differentiators to prospective and existing clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end process of preparing RFP responses.
- Participate in prospect, client, or partner meetings to understand objectives and refine Syniti’s value proposition.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of RFP materials to fully interpret client requirements and evaluation metrics.
- Develop customized proposals that align our strengths with client needs.
- Build and maintain a robust understanding of Syniti’s product capabilities, delivery methodologies, and key differentiators.
- Proactively curate and enhance a centralized repository of RFP response content.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the RFP response process.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, legal, delivery, product development, and other internal teams to source accurate information.
- Oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and hold team members accountable for contributions and deadlines.
- Thoroughly proofread all RFP responses to ensure they meet standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication, with the ability to provide a writing sample.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, quality work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with the flexibility to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to effectively hold oneself and team members accountable for deliverables and timelines.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with on-shore and off-shore members.
- Essential experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a demonstrated interest in software and consulting services.
- Experience working with Qvidian RFP Response Software.
