Responsibilities
- Own GTM reporting - design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker that serve Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders; continuously raise the bar on accuracy, clarity, and production efficiency
- Be the analytical authority - translate complex business questions into structured analyses; go beyond the numbers to deliver actionable recommendations backed by clear narrative
- Drive data integrity - identify gaps in upstream business processes that affect reporting accuracy; partner with stakeholders to implement corrective measures before problems compound
- Collaborate on data modeling - work closely with our corporate data team to design and maintain GTM datasets that are reliable and scalable across operational and strategic use cases
- Support planning and forecasting - leverage Pigment to contribute to revenue planning cycles and scenario modeling
- Synthesize for leadership - distill complex findings into concise, compelling stories for senior stakeholders; know what to emphasize and what to cut
- Lead ad hoc strategic projects - assess new business activities, process changes, or operational questions as they arise; bring structure and speed to ambiguous problems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Deep hands-on experience with Looker
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce - including reporting, and pipeline management
- Proven ability to work across GTM, Finance, and Data teams to drive cross-functional outcomes
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- A track record of translating analytical output into business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Commerce or a related field
- Fluency in English as a working language
