Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Senior Researcher - Executive Search to connect exceptional talent with transformative leadership opportunities. You will work across diverse sectors like Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Renewable Energy, delivering end-to-end executive search assignments.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage and deliver on multiple executive search projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Partners and Client Partners to develop detailed client briefs, screening tools, and supporting documentation.
- Identify and approach high-calibre candidates through targeted research using LinkedIn, email, phone, and automation tools.
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews to assess suitability for client mandates.
- Create detailed longlists and shortlists of qualified candidates, with accompanying written reports.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and client communication throughout the process.
- Support with offer management and negotiation alongside the Client Partner.
- Document and manage all candidate data using the internal CRM system.
- Provide valuable market insights from candidate interactions to support business development.

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, especially at senior or executive levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
