Mercier Consultancy seeks a Dutch Customer Support Specialist to provide expert support to our Dutch-speaking client base. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact, assisting clients through various channels and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product information.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records for follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate support.
- Engage in regular training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both oral and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have
- English proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
