Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Danish Customer Support specialist to provide exceptional service to Danish-speaking clients of a leading domestic appliance company. You will work remotely from Greece, handling customer inquiries across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Answer questions about product features, FAQs, warranties, and troubleshoot common issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide step-by-step assistance.
- Record transactions and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team for complex queries.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Adept at working independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration.
- A passion for technology and domestic appliances, coupled with a desire to help customers.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in a technical support environment, is desirable.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software is an asset.
