Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Spanish Customer Advisor for High-End Home Appliances to provide outstanding remote support to Spanish-speaking clients. You will represent our luxury brand, assisting customers directly from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding luxury home appliances via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, order placements, warranties, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to address customer feedback and improve offerings.
- Stay informed about the latest high-end appliance trends and features to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address customer inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with good time management skills
- A genuine interest in high-end home appliances and a commitment to delivering excellent service
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service or knowledge of home appliances is highly preferred
