Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in market research and consulting B2B clients, with strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics
- Experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and working across various research methods and use cases
- Experience creating reports (in PowerPoint or G-Slides) based on market research data and are skilled in generating actionable insights, presenting them through clear storytelling to client-side stakeholders across different departments and seniority levels
- Fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level, spoken and written)
- Enjoy working hands-on with tools and platforms, including survey programming and process optimization, combining strategic thinking with practical execution
- Proactive, curious, and driven to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality outcomes, while balancing excellence and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, a pragmatic mindset, and a strong affinity for data
