CVS Health is looking for a Senior Representative, Private Pay Omnicare to join our team. In this remote role, you will be essential to ensuring patient financial services are handled properly in a long-term care setting, resolving resident billing questions and concerns.

What You'll Do

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to reconcile account issues and outstanding balances.
• Serve as the primary contact for long-term care residents, their responsible parties, and facilities.
• Research and verify billing, insurance, and coding details for patient accounts.
• Update and maintain account documentation within designated work queues.
• Review account status and take action to ensure accuracy and progress.
• Handle inbound calls to assist with billing inquiries and account resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Process payments and perform follow-up after payment is received.
• Support corporate initiatives and participate in leadership-led campaign strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and software platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in healthcare billing or long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and account reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
