Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of regulatory filings, ensuring precise and timely delivery across Pillar 1, EU and national statistical reports, Pillar 2, trade reporting, and other mandates
- Evaluate emerging regulatory changes for strategic impact and adapt reporting frameworks to maintain compliance
- Drive ongoing enhancements in reporting workflows, including automation, control mechanisms, and data integrity
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for regulatory reporting components in major cross-functional initiatives, such as product launches or international expansion
- Serve as the primary liaison for auditors and regulatory authorities on all reporting-related inquiries
- Guide and support junior staff through technical leadership and development-focused mentorship
