Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of regulatory filings, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines across Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reports, Pillar 2, and transaction reporting
- Analyze emerging regulatory mandates and evaluate their strategic implications to maintain ongoing compliance
- Drive enhancements in reporting workflows, focusing on automation, process transformation, and data integrity
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for regulatory reporting in major cross-functional initiatives, including product launches and international market entries
- Serve as the primary liaison for auditors and regulatory bodies on all reporting-related matters
- Guide and support junior staff through technical mentorship, promoting professional growth within the team
