Crusoe is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead the expansion of our Finance and Strategic Finance functions. You will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent from Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance into our mission-driven environment, managing the full candidate lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic peer to hiring managers in Finance and Accounting, advising on market maps, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Proactively hunt passive talent within Tier-1 banks and PE shops.
- Lead complex compensation negotiations, explaining the long-term value of RSUs and equity to candidates accustomed to high cash bonuses.
- Build and refine interview loops for finance professionals transitioning into a fast-paced, 'builder' environment.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, ensuring a white-glove experience for high-pedigree candidates.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience.
- A significant portion of your experience dedicated to front-office finance (IB/PE/VC) or Strategic Finance/FP&A for high-growth tech.
- A proven track record of successfully converting candidates from high cash roles into tech compensation packages.
- Understanding of the cycles of the NYC finance world, including bonus seasons, vesting cliffs, and promotion tracks.
- Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative networks to find passive talent.
- Ability to excel in a high-growth environment with the pace of a startup and the analytical rigor of a financial institution.

- Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + equity. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
