About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment for key roles. This role requires proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on candidate experience and diversity.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions across technology and operations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Partner with department leaders to understand team needs and hiring priorities
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements and cultural fit
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning inputs
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence on talent trends
- Build talent communities for hard-to-fill roles
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
- Refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
- Use data to measure and report on recruitment performance metrics
- Support onboarding integration for newly hired team members
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices
- Identify opportunities to strengthen employer branding through recruitment activities
- Stay current on recruitment technologies and tools
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners when needed
- Contribute to team goals and knowledge sharing within the talent function
- Drive initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and improve offer acceptance rates
- Support organizational scaling through agile hiring strategies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition
