Directive is hiring a Senior Recruiter (Remote US)

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized positions, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple job families across technology and go-to-market functions
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber talent in competitive markets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Conduct candidate assessments with a focus on skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordinate feedback collection from stakeholders
  • Advocate for an inclusive hiring process that supports diversity and equity
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
  • Represent the employer brand during all candidate interactions
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process
  • Stay current on talent market trends and competitor hiring practices
  • Use an applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate engagement
  • Partner with HR on workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout hiring
