About the Role
This position leads end-to-end recruitment efforts for roles across Latin America, Europe, and Canada, ensuring alignment between candidate capabilities and organizational needs within a remote-first structure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit
- Manage candidate pipelines through the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure positive experience
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against job criteria
- Provide market insights and recruitment trends to team
- Support onboarding for successful candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Participate in improving recruitment processes
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Represent the organization at career events or networking forums
