This role demands strategic insight, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

  • Refine sourcing strategies, hiring workflows, and candidate engagement to increase speed and quality of hire

  • Drive results in challenging searches, combining persistence and creativity to meet urgent business needs

  • Deep experience managing complex hiring processes from start to finish, including offer negotiation and candidate closing
  • Strong ability to build trust with senior leaders and influence decisions through clear, insightful communication
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure where little exists
  • Self-driven approach with a hands-on attitude and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal communication
