BJAK is seeking a Senior Recruiter to spearhead our global hiring efforts from Indonesia. In this remote role, you will be fully accountable for delivering high-quality candidates at speed, managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to delivery in close partnership with our Malaysia HQ team.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of hiring outcomes, judged by quality, speed, and target achievement.
- Headhunt 150–200 profiles daily, clearing all screenings to zero backlog each day.
- Run daily progress updates and meetings with the Malaysia team to track pipeline health.
- Maintain strict daily screening quality scores, ensuring only top candidates move forward.
- Source aggressively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, direct headhunting, referrals, and social platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers globally to define requirements and deliver ready-to-interview shortlists quickly.
- Ensure no delays or drop-offs in candidate or manager progression.
- Mentor junior recruiters, raising standards of execution and output.
- Stay sharp on market trends, competitor moves, and best practices in global recruitment.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance from a reputable university.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including headhunting and leadership hiring.
- A proven record of hitting ambitious hiring targets under pressure.
- Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting strategies.
- Excellent candidate evaluation and screening skills, with quality measured daily.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The mindset of an owner – accountable, proactive, and outcome-driven.
- A belief that recruitment is mission-critical and a growth engine, not HR admin.
- A hunger and discipline to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Readiness to work beyond standard hours whenever the business demands.
- High etiquette and professionalism in all communications, including after-hours.
- A drive to perform against daily targets and scoreboards.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude – anticipate, act, and deliver without reminders.

- An ability to balance quantity and quality, never sacrificing one for the other.

- Familiarity with regional or international hiring across ASEAN.
