Lead recruitment and HR coordination for a high-growth podcast and digital media organization. In this role, you'll manage hiring from start to finish while supporting key people operations functions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams alike.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across various departments, from scoping requirements with hiring managers to extending offers
- Facilitate onboarding by preparing documentation, setting up system access, and guiding new hires through initial processes
- Support HR functions including employee records management, compliance tracking, and internal policy coordination
- Maintain up-to-date data in applicant tracking and HR information systems
- Serve as a primary contact for recruitment queries and basic HR support
What We Require
- Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter with hands-on involvement in HR or people operations
- Direct experience balancing recruitment and administrative HR tasks
- Extensive remote work background, with proficiency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms
- Prior work with US or UK-based companies is essential
- Strong organizational abilities and precision in managing multiple workflows
- Availability to work during EST hours with reliable overlap
Preferred Background
- Experience in HR administration, onboarding, or people operations
- Industry exposure to media, podcasting, or digital content
- Familiarity with employment laws, documentation standards, and compliance procedures
