The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for critical positions, focusing on compliance, candidate quality, and timely placements in alignment with federal project demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-life-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill and technical roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting and security requirements
- Coordinate background checks and clearance processes
- Present qualified candidates to project teams
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting
- Promote employer branding within federal markets
- Stay current on federal hiring regulations
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Partner with recruitment marketing to enhance outreach
