About the Role
This position leads full-cycle recruitment for various teams across the APAC region, driving hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to meet business objectives in a dynamic marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple teams across APAC
- Develop and execute regional hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing methods
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer stage
- Collaborate with HR and People teams on onboarding and compliance
- Use data to assess hiring effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Partner with marketing and branding to enhance employer visibility
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
- Stay current on regional labor market trends and salary benchmarks
- Drive executive-level searches with discretion and urgency
- Maintain accuracy in recruitment systems and candidate tracking
- Scale hiring operations during periods of rapid growth
- Conduct recruitment-related presentations for leadership review
- Ensure alignment with global talent acquisition standards
- Evaluate sourcing channels for optimal reach and efficiency
- Mentor junior team members on best recruiting practices
- Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events
- Navigate cross-cultural hiring dynamics across APAC countries
- Advocate for candidate equity throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Implement structured interview frameworks with hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones efficiently
- Provide market intelligence to support workforce planning
- Promote employee referral programs to expand talent networks
- Support internal mobility by connecting talent with new roles
