This role leads talent acquisition for a high-growth Public Sector go-to-market team, aligning hiring strategy with business expansion and regional revenue objectives. You will partner directly with senior sales leaders to build scalable recruiting plans for Federal (FED) and State, Local, and Education (SLED) divisions, ensuring each hire advances organizational capacity in a specialized market.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable, long-term recruiting strategies tailored to FED and SLED sales territories.
- Apply deep knowledge of public sector talent dynamics to map and engage high-impact GTM professionals, building pipelines that anticipate future needs.
- Champion hiring quality by guiding interview teams in structured assessment and bias reduction, promoting data-informed selection decisions.
- Manage the full-cycle candidate journey for critical roles, including complex offer negotiations and closing strategies to secure top-tier talent.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in public sector GTM hiring, including understanding of security clearances, partner networks, and technical competencies in infrastructure or cybersecurity domains.
- Ability to influence leadership through market intelligence and data, shaping workforce design and challenging assumptions.
- Strong sourcing and narrative-building skills to connect with passive candidates in competitive, niche talent pools.
- Experience structuring compensation offers and navigating high-stakes hiring negotiations with strategic insight and professionalism.
