Join a newly established recruiting team as a Senior Recruiter, tasked with building executive leadership for a company redefining financial services for startups. You'll lead full-cycle hiring for Director to C-suite roles, aligning closely with founders, board members, and senior stakeholders to identify leaders who embody both strategic depth and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a nuanced understanding of the company’s mission, product suite, and regulatory landscape to effectively position opportunities to high-caliber candidates
- Design and manage executive interview processes, leveraging deep sourcing expertise to engage both active and passive talent in fintech and banking
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, bringing insights from talent market trends and regulatory dynamics to inform hiring priorities
- Champion inclusive hiring practices, guiding teams to make equitable decisions that support diverse leadership representation
- Collaborate with People functions and external partners, including search firms and investor networks, to expand reach and enhance candidate quality
- Use data to refine recruiting strategies, identifying patterns and opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Support 0-to-1 recruiting initiatives as new business areas emerge, requiring niche expertise and regulatory knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle executive recruitment experience, with a focus on senior-level placements
- At least 7 years in talent, HR, or people operations roles
- Proven success sourcing and closing leadership talent in high-growth environments
- Experience advising founders and executives as a trusted talent partner
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby, Covey, and Metaview
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive process improvements
- Exceptional communication skills, with precision in both writing and verbal engagement
