As a Senior RAS Training Specialist, you will drive the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for Robotic Assisted Surgery systems, serving a diverse audience that includes surgeons, operating room staff, first assistants, and field personnel. Your expertise will ensure technical proficiency and clinical understanding across gastrointestinal, pulmonary, abdominal, and pelvic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead technical and procedural training sessions using blended learning methods, including classroom instruction, lab-based simulations, and digital platforms
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on robotic surgery systems, therapeutic applications, and emerging technologies
- Assess trainee competency through structured evaluations and provide coaching to support skill mastery
- Support onboarding and development of new team members, tracking progress and ensuring readiness
- Collaborate with medical education, product development, marketing, and sales teams to align training with market needs and product launches
- Deliver engaging workshops and hands-on demonstrations tailored to audience needs
- Stay current with competitive landscape and technological advancements in robotic surgery
- Build deep knowledge in surgical workflows, training methodologies, and digital learning systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years of experience in training, clinical support, sales, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare sector
- Background in robotic-assisted surgery, capital equipment, or related technologies
- Direct clinical or operating room experience preferred
- Proven ability to deliver technical education using digital learning tools and programming systems
- Fluency in both English and Turkish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs

- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including occasional non-traditional hours
