Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate initial project meetings to define team roles, expectations, and project requirements with internal and external parties.
- Create and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Work across departments to establish project parameters, resource needs, and execution approaches, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and financial planning by providing input on project scope, cost estimates, and implementation design.
- Promote effective communication, streamlined workflows, and collaborative teamwork, identifying areas for process enhancement.
- Ensure project outcomes support strategic objectives and messaging standards through close coordination with client-facing leads and functional groups.
