Centene is seeking a Lead Business Process Consultant to provide strategic guidance and management support for enterprise-level initiatives. In this role, you will lead larger scale, cross-functional programs that drive performance improvement and shape portfolio planning.

What You'll Do

Mentor junior team members on duties and responsibilities with supervision from leadership.
Lead all levels of staff responsible for initiatives in the company's operating plan to support their success, development, and effective completion.
Oversee the pipeline of business cases and prioritize them based on strategic value, interdependencies, risk appetite, and available capacity.
Ensure consistent methodology and rigor in business case development across all teams, providing quality assurance and coaching.
Ensure all approved business cases are transitioned to initiatives and track ROI for launched projects.
Lead engagement and communications with senior and executive stakeholders, translating business pain points into strategic recommendations.
Coordinate proactive collaboration across cross-functional teams to identify and proactively respond to stakeholder business problems.
Lead larger scale, cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and improved compliance.
Provide strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives to maximize effective implementation and results.
Organize work teams, drive consensus, and ensure end-to-end policy/process integrity to accomplish project work.
Assist functional and project leaders in areas such as facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management issues.
Write and deliver communication to all levels of the organization to ensure support, awareness, and effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience managing and leading projects within consulting, healthcare, and/or related sectors.
