About the Role

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a LATAM Account Executive for our GBS HR Large Enterprise segment. In this field sales role, you will manage a territory of clients with over $1 billion in annual revenue. Your core mission is to build trust-based relationships with C-Level executives, ensure clients derive maximum value from their services, and drive territory growth through strategic cross-sell and upsell.

What You'll Do

  • Drive value delivery with current clients, ensuring they maximize the value received from their Gartner services.
  • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales KPIs and metrics.
  • Manage complex, high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience selling to and influencing C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to conduct travel as needed.
