AT&T Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Psychologist - Assessments to advance our employee selection practice. You will design and conduct research, analyze data, and develop evidence-based solutions that predict performance and business outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand organizational needs and formulate effective strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead ongoing validity studies and bias audits for the active assessment portfolio.
- Develop and implement assessment tools, such as work samples and interviews, in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct job analyses, research, focus groups, and additional data collection methods to support pre-hire assessment function needs.
- Identify and implement new supporting techniques for assessment best practices, including but not limited to cheating mitigation.
- Support the Lead Psychologist, HR Business Partners, Legal, and Labor teams by providing expert consultation on employee selection topics.
- Assist in preparing and presenting research findings to clients and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Collaborate with others to support research projects and related initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks related to assessments, including documentation, user management, and vendor management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience conducting research and working with organizations on issues related to employee performance, organizational culture, and business outcomes.
- Proficiency in statistical methodologies.
- Familiarity with the legal landscape as it impacts employment decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex research findings effectively.
- Current with the latest research, technology, and trends in employee selection.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
