Responsibilities
- Direct continuous validity studies and bias reviews for the active evaluation portfolio.
- Create and apply evaluation tools, such as work samples and interviews, following the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and other relevant guidelines.
- Perform job analyses, research, focus groups, and additional data collection methods to support pre-hire evaluation function needs.
- Recognize and apply new supporting techniques for evaluation best practices, including but not limited to cheating prevention.
- Advise the Lead Psychologist, HR Business Partners, Legal, and Labor teams on employee selection topics.
- Help in preparing and delivering research findings to clients and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Work with others to support research projects and related initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to evaluations, including documentation, user management, and vendor management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience conducting research and working with organizations on issues related to employee performance, organizational culture, and business outcomes.
- Skill in statistical methodologies.
- Knowledge of the legal landscape as it impacts employment decisions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex research findings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Nice to Have
