Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior Property Investment Sales Executive for an ambitious, fast-growing UK property investment firm scaling up to meet global investor demand. This high-impact role is for a confident deal-closer who excels in managing international relationships and closing property deals—often remotely and without in-person viewings.
What You'll Do
- Convert a steady flow of qualified investor leads into successful property sales.
- Build and nurture client relationships across a typical 1–3 month sales cycle.
- Confidently close off-plan and development property deals, often without face-to-face interaction.
- Present investment opportunities clearly to international and remote buyers via video, phone, and email.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and deal status using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with an internal sales progression team to ensure seamless post-sale handovers.
- Keep up to date with UK property market trends, hotspots, and investor motivators.
What We're Looking For
- A solid background in property investment sales where closing deals was a core responsibility.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and close deals without support.
- Experience selling off-plan or new-build developments is essential.
- Confident in handling remote investor relationships and longer sales cycles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence and secure commitment through virtual channels.
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
- Ready to start in early January with minimal onboarding required.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of property investment strategies (knowledge of HMOs is a plus).
