About the Role

This position involves identifying and securing property investment deals, building relationships with investors and stakeholders, and driving sales performance through strategic outreach and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and property owners

  • Manage a pipeline of active deals from initial contact to closing
  • Prepare detailed property summaries and investment proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • Attend property viewings and investor meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Stay compliant with real estate regulations and industry standards
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, contacts, and sales activities
  • Support marketing initiatives for property listings and investment funds
  • Advise clients on portfolio diversification through property assets
