Allianz UK is looking for a Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter to drive growth and deliver results from our Glasgow office. This is a key role in our bold journey to become the UK’s Number 1 Commercial Insurer, where you will be central to our commercial success.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of major deals, using your expertise to win and retain strategic accounts that drive growth.
Develop trusted partnerships with brokers, leveraging collaboration to unlock new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Represent the business confidently through face-to-face engagement, networking, and active participation in industry events.
Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.
Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored, responsive support.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in underwriting complex Property and Casualty risks, ideally at Senior level, or as a high-performing Underwriter ready to step up.
Track record of dealing with large and/or complex risks and cases.
Proven ability to manage broker relationships that fuel growth and long-term retention.
