Bounteous is hiring a Senior Project & Product Manager to join our Program Delivery team. This role is responsible for leading complex digital projects and product initiatives from concept to launch. You will be a key player in ensuring strategic delivery and client success for our partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects and product development cycles
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and user stories
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor project health, report on progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Contribute to program-level planning and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in both project management and product management roles within a digital agency or consultancy
- Strong expertise in Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources for multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and strategists
- Ability to translate client business objectives into actionable project plans and product requirements
