  • Develop and enforce project management processes, track KPIs, and deliver detailed financial and scheduling reports using integrated PM software.
  • Lead client communications, present progress updates, and maintain transparency through structured reporting and timely issue resolution.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, identifying new opportunities, and positioning services to win sustainable real estate mandates.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate agreements, manage contract compliance, and guide landlord-tenant discussions with a focus on sustainable outcomes.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to leverage integrated real estate solutions and strengthen service delivery.

Expertise in green building standards and certification processes is essential.

  • Proficiency in PM software platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage risk, and operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with frameworks such as GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, or sustainable material selection is highly valued
  • Preferred credentials include LEED AP, WELL AP, or Fitwel Ambassador designations
