Jobgether is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital and e-commerce transformation projects. In this remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, managing end-to-end project lifecycles and translating client objectives into actionable plans.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage digital and web development projects, translating client objectives into clear roadmaps, project plans, and deliverables.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across product, design, development, and QA to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to align teams and define priorities.
Apply agile, hybrid-agile, or other project management methodologies to optimize workflows and delivery efficiency.
Track project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution.
Continuously monitor team morale and foster a collaborative, one-team mindset.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience leading teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions in an agency, consultancy, or product organization.
Proven track record managing large-scale web or e-commerce projects for global brands.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with technical concepts and tools such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and platform integrations.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Suite).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with headless commerce platforms, enterprise-level projects.
Certifications like Agile or Scrum Master.
