HireHawk is looking for a Director of Finance (E-Commerce & Retail) to own full-spectrum financial operations for a fast-growing organization. You will partner directly with the CEO to drive fiscal discipline, improve profitability, and strengthen internal controls for innovative U.S. brands.

What You'll Do

Deliver accurate month-end close and financial reports.
Build and maintain forward-looking budgets and forecasts to guide strategy.
Oversee AR/AP, cash flow, and working capital to ensure fiscal health.
Strengthen GAAP-compliant internal controls and audit readiness.
Translate financial data into actionable insights that improve profit margins.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in finance, accounting, or controllership roles within e-commerce or consumer goods.
Proven experience with advanced Microsoft Excel modeling.
Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Authorized to work remotely and available full-time during PST business hours.

Nice to Have

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
