About the Role

Customers Bank is hiring a VP, Group Director to represent the bank in the Las Vegas market. In this role, you will build a profitable business segment of deposits and loans through direct client and prospect interactions, developing compelling banking proposals and managing ongoing relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Represent Customers Bank in Las Vegas through interactions with clients, prospects, non-profit organizations, and centers of influence.
  • Build a profitable business segment consisting of both deposits and loans.
  • Meet with clients, prospects, and centers of influence to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage strategic partners to assist in sales and cross-sales to prospects.
  • Work with senior management, lenders, and treasury management to develop compelling banking proposals and lending term sheets.
  • Develop a book of deposit and loan clients that meets the bank’s annual expectations.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, including annual deposit account reviews, loan compliance monitoring, and risk ratings.
  • Understand and effectively implement KYC onboarding practices.
  • Interact with both bank and client management teams.
  • Understand and comply with all bank policies and procedures.
  • Complete all bank training assignments in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 8 years of commercial banking experience to offset the lack of a college degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Commercial Banking relationship management role.
  • Complete understanding of banking products and services, both depository and lending.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism.

Technical Stack

  • Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $175,000-$180,000

This is a local-city position based in Las Vegas, NV.
